Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the bigger changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:

  1. Call List – Added a new module called Call Lists for supervisors to be able to call each user. Can be used if you are desperate for coverage and messaging is not yielding results or any other data collection such as uniform sizes, benefits etc. Supervisors will have the contact information for the selected staff and able to document the staff responses including notes.   2. Employee Tracker Permissions – We updated the Employee Tracker permissions so that users with Edit Schedule access does not allow the supervisor to create an employee action for any user. Users with Sysop, Super-User, and User admin will be able to create an incident for any employee. All other users can only create an Employee Incident to their Direct Reports in each users profile.
  3. Inventory Adjust Quantities – Added a button to show/hide empty locations to make adjustments easier. Same with Inventory Location Inquiry page
  4. Inventory Kiosk – Added settings to Require/Not Require a chart number and another setting to allow users to pick their names from a list. Both were created to speed up the inventory removal process and help improve compliance
  5. Leave Categories – You can now toggle which leave categories (i.e. LWOP, FMLA etc.) will show or be excluded from the time cards. See System Config -> Scheduling -> Leave Categories
  6. Payroll Provider – PayChex is now our preferred payroll provider. We can send payroll information directly from iOps360 to them preventing data re-entry errors and streamlining payroll.
  7. PSTrax Import Tool – Quickly import your vehicle checks from PSTrax any many other providers into the iOps360 platform. Contact any iOps360 team member to preview your checks in iOps360
  8. Schedule – Your agency’s holidays will show on the Day/Week/Month views of the schedule
  9. Status Board – Added a zone called Fleet Assignments to link the Equipment to the Schedule. Users might be assigned to a time slot and not a specific unit. This will quickly show staff the linked vehicle to their scheduled time slot
  10. Status Board – Added a zone for Hospital Diversion status. You can select which facilities you want to enable for the status board and then update the status for each facility as it changes. We currently do not have an automated way to this so it can be quickly changed from the Supervisors Edit tool or the Status Board Config pages
  11. User Permissions – Added a System Setting to prevent users from changing their work/primary email address. This is located in System Config -> Users tab -> User Permissions
  12. User Profiles – Added the last 4 of SSN which is encrypted along with user addresses
  13. Work Orders – Added a Shift Letter field to all work orders and can be searchable
