Several agencies have requested a way to check in and out equipment to better track where each piece of equipment moves and assist if equipment gets lost or broken. iOps360 has just released a new module called the “Equipment CheckOut” module to do just this.
Each shift, staff can select which equipment they will be checking out by scanning the equipment bar code or selecting the equipment from a pre-determined list.
iOps360 will then show the current status of the Equipment (Red/Yellow/Green) along with an Open Service Records and the next Inspection for that equipment.
A variety of reports will highlight all of the In / Out transactions along with the number of time and hours each equipment has been checked out for.
Should a piece of Equipment go missing or get broken, you can quickly see the full check in out history in the Equipment section or in the Equipment Check Out feature.
