We’ve partnered with FireWorks EPR as our preferred charting provider.
We’re also adding Single Sign‑On (SSO) with their platform to streamline access and reduce login friction.

AI has been part of our development team for a while now, and it’s helping us deliver updates faster than ever.
Coming soon:
- AI‑enhanced Inventory Removals (first rollout)

🔧 Platform Modernization — Over 50% Complete!
We’ve officially passed the halfway mark in upgrading IOPS to our new platform language.
Whenever you see a blue banner at the top of a page, that feature has recently been modernized.
As each page is updated, we’re adding:
- New features
- Performance improvements
- Helpful tips and UI refinements

🛠️ Equipment: New Mass Add / Mass Edit
A brand‑new Mass Add / Mass Edit equipment tool is now available.
Select an equipment type and quickly update attributes for all items of that type.
Faster edits, fewer clicks, smoother workflows.
⏱️ Time Card Updates
The time card rollout is going strong — we’re now over 75% complete.
For agencies using custom time cards, we’ll be reaching out directly with the latest updates.

Several powerful updates landed this month:
• “User Being Paid” Field
Some staff may be paid even when not working — this new field lets you clearly indicate that on the schedule.
• Swap Balance Improvements
You can now quickly see:
- Who owes hours
- Who is owed hours
• Manual Adjustment Table
Need to manually adjust balances between staff?
You can now do that directly in Swap Admin and System Config.

Two new payroll export formats are now supported:
- Civic Systems ERP
- iSolved ERP
More integrations are on the way.
