Each month we make changes based on your feedback and ideas. Here’s a few of the bigger changes we have made since last month to help improve iOps360 for your agency:

  1. App Updates – Lots of big updates to our app including Schedule Editing, Supervisors Passdown editing, Swap Requests, Hours Change requests and the Non-Emergency Transport modules. Users can also change the colors in the app to help with any color vision deficiencies. Any users still utilizing the old old app (white background) should update with the app store if not already done. We will be ending support for the old app March 1st.
  2. Billing – You can now pay your bill online from the System Config – Billing portal. You can now pay any invoice simply by clicking on the Pay Invoice bill from the Billing Portal. This also has W9 and Contracts if your agency needs either.
  3. Equipment – Rope Tracking – We have added several features to track Rope usage in the equipment section. To enable, see System Config -> Equipment Types -> Select Your Rope Equipment Type -> Enable Usage Tracking. This will create several attributes such as Usage Incident Count, Usage Training Count and more to track the rope usages. The Equipment Change history table will have the usage changes and is easily exportable.
  4. Forms – Added a new signature field that users can sign forms using their mouse or finger, similar to the vehicle check signature field
  5. Inventory – Ability to search for inventory items inside of kits from the main inventory search screen
  6. Munis – Improved integration with Munis from the base time cards/time stamps page
  7. Multi day time off requests – If iOps is not tracking your user leave hour balances, users can now submit multiple day time off requests. If iOps is handling leave hours then this feature is not available. See System Config -> Scheduling -> Leave / Time Off Settings -> Hours Tracking. Turn off Leave Hours Tracking and enable Multi-Day Time Off Requests.
  8. Schedule Views – The legacy schedule views have been removed for all agencies. The Day, Week, and Month views have several options such as low color mode to help mirror the prior views. Click the Gears icon in the top right of the schedule to customize several schedule features. Also improved Print View of Schedule Views. We have added a setting in the top right for Consolidated views which will shrink the Week and Month views which is especially useful for larger agencies.
  9. Schedule Month View – If your agency has a large number of positions and users, the month view will automatically shrink the events to allow for more events on the page. To prevent this, click on the Gears in the top right of your schedule and turn on Prevent Condensed View
  10. Schedule Requirements – Redesigned the Schedule requirements setup page to more easily setup which staff are qualified for each position. See System Config -> Scheduling -> Position Staffing Requirements.
  11. Site Layout – We have started a new layout for iOps360 with the new year. This has improved tablet support, ability to toggle dark mode/light mode through out the site, and you can switch between a horizontal and vertical menu bar. This update sets the foundation for an upcoming dashboards, widgets, and more. Test out the new design and be sure to send your feedback in.

Upcoming Features:

911 e-Learning Solutions – We have partnered with 911 eLearning Solutions to provide EMS content from directly inside iOps360 Con-Ed. We are finalizing the courses available and want to offer quality education at an economical price. 911 eLearning is a NCOEMS, NC Nurses Association and IBSC approved teaching institution.

App Updates – We are adding full Equipment support into the app with Editing, Inspections and Service Records.

Keep the great ideas coming and thank you for all that you do for our communities.
