Each month we make changes based on your feedback and ideas. Here’s a few of the bigger changes we have made since last month to help improve iOps360 for your agency:

  1. App Updates – The equipment section of the app has been updated to include more equipment details, inspections, comply with inspections, and creating service records when something breaks. You can mass comply with inspections such as 50 fire hoses or large scanning of items.
  2. Billing Updates – You can now also have paper invoices sent at renewal time in case any iOps360 reminders get missed. See System Config -> Billing Portal -> Options/Preferences in the top right.
  3. Employee Tracking – Added an auto delete feature to remove entries after a designed number of months since created. See System Config – Users – Employee Tracker Setup > General Settings. Also added a Bulk Delete mode for Sysops that allows selecting of several entries to delete them quicker. See Employee Tracker -> Bulk Delete mode next to Copy/Print/PDF buttons in the table.
  4. Overtime calculations – We have general settings for how overtime and comp are calculated based on the user status (PRN/PT/FT/Salaried). You can now customize these for any user by editing their profile and clicking the Miscellaneous tab. These settings will only apply to the agencies on our normal Paycodes time sheets.
  5. Swap Give-Aways – We have added a setting to automatically approve a giveaway and remove the user from the schedule. This is useful for volunteer departments when the employees are not able to work and the agency allows users to quickly remove themselves with out finding coverage and discussing with a supervisor.
  6. Tasks – Added ability to send a notification when a task is completed to a person on a specific position or a specific user
  7. User Aliases – You can add custom fields to the user profiles called Aliases in iOps. We have updated these so you can set which aliases staff can edit such as a Uniform size, Fuel card pin number etc. Great way to maintain misc. records for any staff. See System Config – Users – User Alias Types to adjust.
  8. Videos – We have added a video overview of each page through out iOps360. These will help new staff understand each module and what settings are available. See the Video button in the top of any page.
