We have had another busy month with all hands on deck creating the RFID division. This will allow you to tag Equipment, Inventory, Kits and later on for Narcotics. The RFID tags can be read by a handheld reader and the iOps360 app or with a hardwired reader in inventory locations and vehicles. We are building our supply chains for the needed hardware and reducing the RFID tag cost. You can learn more at https://iops360.comrfid-uhf-tracking/.

Some of the other updates for us are located below based on your feedback and ideas.

  1. Inventory – Added Lot Numbers through out the platform and app. Lot numbers can be searched through the main inventory page and seen in the Inventory Quantities, Work Orders, Rotation Plans, Vehicle Checks and App areas.
  2. Inventory Orders – You can now export the order items to excel, csv, pdf etc.
  3. Printed Labels – In preparation for the RFID system, we have changed our Printed Labels to be QR Codes. This allows for more information on the labels and faster reads. Equipment labels can have the RFID serial number printed to help with identification.
  4. Reports – Added a report for Time Stamp reason codes to aggregate the time stamps for users with a specific reason code.
  5. Vehicle Checks – Added a notes section with each category where instructions and additional information can be placed for staff.

Thanks again for all that you do and keep the great ideas coming!
