Demographics

iOps360 has a variety of demographic fields including hire dates, date off orientation, job titles, pay rates, rank/skill levels, EEO fields, and more. You can also create custom fields such as Fuel Card Pin numbers, uniform sizes and more.

Additional Fields:

  • Supervisors – The Supervisors tab allows you to quickly see the user’s Supervisor(s) and their direct reports. Assigning one or more direct reports will give this user the permissions they need to reset passwords, modify the schedule, send mass emails/pages etc. to quickly do their job with out any complexity
  • User Roles & Permissions – User roles will organize staff into categories and set which Educational Requirements are needed. You can require Licenses, Classes, and Skills to be performed on a recurring basis by assigning the user one or more user roles. (i.e. Paramedic and Crew Chief)
  • Leave – The Leave tab will show you the user’s accrual rates of sick, holiday, vacation etc. hours, their current balance, and all transactions for each type. iOps360 can award hours to users by Pay Period, Monthly, Annually and more. Rules can be set to transfer hours between hours types and maximum amounts. (i.e. All sick time transfers to Vacation at the end of the year).
  • Education– The Education tab will show all the License, Class and Skill requirements along with a simple red-yellow-green color to indicate compliance. When an item is getting close to expiration, iOps360 will send a notification to the user. Users can quickly sign up for an upcoming class or upload a new license, skill etc. into their profile for the Training Officer to approve.
  • Education Sync – We can automatically check licenses from many states and keep iOps360 in sync with the credentialing body. Once a new license is detected, iOps360 will added the licenses to the user’s profile and await your approval.
  • Shifts – The shifts tab will show you the next few scheduled shifts, classes, and leave requests for the user in case you need to contact the employee on their next shift.
  • Equipment – The Equipment tab will indicate any equipment that is assigned to this user such as NVGs, Uniforms, Keycards, etc.
  • Emergency Contacts – Hopefully this tab will never be needed, but in case an employee is delayed, you have quick access to contact information for family and instructions such as pet care etc.
  • Aliases – The aliases will show any linked profiles such as Active911 devices, other user accounts, and any custom fields you would like to add.
  • Forms – You can quickly see any forms the user has completed or referenced in. This is useful for uniform requests, training evaluations etc.
  • Security – Quick access to the user’s events in our security log such as logins and actions performed in iOps360.
  • Allowances – You can create an unlimited number of allowances such as Education Budgets, Training hours, Uniform allowances and more. Each user can receive a yearly budget amount and the allowances tab will show the user the amounts remaining.
  • Benefits – You can create any benefit types such as Health Insurance, Vision, Dental and track when the employee enrolled, their contributions, employer contributions and any notes associated.
