iOps360 now integrates with “Attendance On Demand”. The integration allows iOps360 to sync users’ leave balances into iOps to ensure consistent employee hours tracking.

Step 1 – Attendance On Demand

First, run the Employee Benefit Balance report in Attendance On Demand. Click the save to Excel button in the top left.

Note: The download link references excel, but the file will actually be an XML extension. Save this file to your desktop or other place you can easily reference for Step 2.

Step 2 – iOps360 Integration

  1. Click on “Features” and “Integrations”
  2. Select the “Payroll” tab if not already selected
  3. Click on “Attendance On Demand – Benefit Balances”
  4. Select the XML file you downloaded from Step 1 above
  5. Verify the “Effective Date” from the report
  6. Verify each user is matched by Employee ID / Name
  7. Click Complete Import

Software Portability

Each software system rapidly changes these days. Our integration depends on the current format of the Attendance On Demand XML file. If this process does not pull the current leave balances correctly, most likely AOD has changed their format. Let the iOps Support Team know if this happens and we can quickly adjust.
