iOps360 Updates For June 2026

Monthly Product Update

Every month, we roll out new enhancements inspired directly by your feedback. Your ideas genuinely shape the direction of our software, and we’re grateful for the partnership. Here are some of the most impactful updates since last month — and please keep the great suggestions coming.

Vehicle Check‑Offs

We introduced a new question type designed for tracking Inventory Items + Quantity. If your agency doesn’t need to manage individual lot numbers or expiration dates, this streamlined option lets you track the lowest expiration date and total quantity on hand. It ties directly into Work Orders and Inventory Control, making fulfills and removals faster than ever.

Schedule Enhancements

Position Notes now support start and end dates, allowing notes to span multiple days without duplication. This makes ongoing communication clearer and reduces repetitive entries. The dedicated “Note” position continues to work just as it always has.

Billing Portal Redesign

The Billing Portal has been completely refreshed to offer more flexibility and easier customization. You can now tailor contracts, layouts, terms, and more to match your agency’s workflow — helping you process billing faster and more efficiently.

Overtime & Call Lists

We’ve added a powerful new tool: Over Time Lists. This feature integrates directly into the Schedule Editor and Bids, allowing you to build staff lists based on credentials, FT/PT status, rank, user roles, and more. When someone is selected, they automatically move to the bottom of the list. It’s perfect for managing mandatory OT, callbacks, hire‑backs, and similar workflows.

Employee Tracking

You can now create Employee Tracking events directly within the app — making it easier to document and manage employee‑related actions without switching tools.

Website Upgrade Progress

Our website overhaul is now 73% complete. As we move closer to launch, we’re expanding our team and preparing to take on even more of your projects and ideas. We’re excited for what’s ahead.

Thanks again for all you do to keep our communities safe!
