Time Cards – We have lots of behind the scenes settings. A new one will show a red “NONE” if the user is scheduled but no hours for the user on the date. Great for making missed clock in+outs grab your attention. If several additional agencies would like this feature we will quickly add it as a setting. If you would like this feature, just let us know by chat and we will enable it. If we get several requests, this will turn into a setting for all agencies

The Blood Module provides end‑to‑end tracking for PRBCs, Whole Blood, and Liquid Plasma—from intake to administration, return, or disposal. It monitors cooler temperatures, issues alerts for deviations or upcoming expirations, and maintains a complete chain‑of‑custody record. Users can view active coolers and products, log manual temperatures, review sensor data, manage product details, and complete shift checklists. Admins have expanded tools for configuring coolers, forms, notifications, and product workflows. Archived products, alerts, and completed checklists are fully searchable, giving agencies a clear, compliant history of blood storage and usage. Learn More
