Our team has been working hard with your ideas and suggestions. Here are few of the bigger changes we made to iOps360 since last month:

We will be focusing on app development and putting more and more in there. Keep the great ideas coming and be safe out there.

  1. App Updates – Added ability to scan Kits from the Inventory scan features. Ability to view Supervisor’s Daily Log from the Schedule menu. Work Order view and editing.
  2. Call Lists – Ability to re-open/un-complete a call list if it was completed accidently.
  3. Education – For agencies with complex education requirements (Grouping statements/And-Or comparisons), we have updated our Education reports to show only the items the user is yellow/red in and not any green items that are contained in the And/Or conditions. We also added a Missing Items Only toggle on the education pages so users can see all the requirements they need but also toggle to just yellow and red items if needed.
  4. Education – Back load class feature now allows you to create class types from inside the page, and add multiple classes for a single user in a batch.
  5. Equipment Check In/Out – Increased the maximum allowable quantity of each from 5 to 25 items. Added to app also. Ability for admins to edit and remove check in/out history.
  6. Equipment – Added a bulk mileage update tool in Equipment -> Options dropdown. This tool will allow mileages to be reduced if needed.
  7. Pay Codes – We have added pay code usages to award a specific number of hours to selected users (i.e. Admin staff get 10 misc. hours per week on their time card). Added another usage for Shift Differential to award additional hours on Fri, Sat or Sun between the designated hours. Holidays can now be designated to award double time to help staff cover high priority holidays.
  8. Transports – If you select Create Return Trip, the system will automatically create the return transport 30 minutes after the estimated call completion. Previously it would only remind you that a return trip was needed.

Be sure to stop by our booths at EMS World October 10-14th in Orlando Florida, and Virginia EMS Symposium Nov 9-13 in Norfolk VA. Thanks for all you do to keep our communities safe!
