It has been another busy month at iOps360. We have focused on two big updates this month – Hydrant Module and Equipment Kits.

  • Alpine RMS – Added integration to automatically send today’s schedule to the platform and pre-populate the staffing lineup. Learn More here
  • Attendance On Demand – Added manual integration to sync staff leave balances from Attendance On Demand into iOps360.
  • Automatic Reports – Added three new automatic reports – Open Work Orders, Vehicle Checks Completed/In-Progress/Not Performed, and Supervisor’s Pass down. Each of these can be setup in Reports -> Automatic Reports to deliver important information to you each day.
  • Hydrant Module – Inventory and track your hydrants, flow tests, inspections, defects and more. GPM calculations included. Tools to import from Fire House and Active911 included. Learn More at Hydrant Tracking
  • ImageTrend – Added integration to automatically send today’s schedule to the platform and pre-populate the staffing lineup. (Note: ImageTrend will charge your agency for the integration). Learn More here
  • Inventory Kits – Kits allow you to group Equipment and or Inventory items into units that can be moved from one vehicle to the next quickly. Kits will track the movement, any Seal numbers, and can be scanned from the iOps360 app as part of the vehicle check offs. Examples include your monitor+defib pads or a sealed bin. Learn more here
  • Shift Templates – Added a series of tools to the shift template edit page including the ability to rebuild the schedule for that specific template and tools to design new patterns based around a specific shift and rotation among units.
  • Status Boards – If you are using Asus Chrombits for your status boards, they will no longer receive security updates after Nov 2020. They will continue to work but this should be evaluated by your department and IT. We are now recommending a mini pc called BMAX B1. Learn More here
