The Skill Quick Scan feature allows you to print a QRCode for each skill in iOps360. The QRCode can be placed around your stations and in the training rooms. Staff can then quickly scan the page with their phone to record when a skill has been complied with and improve compliance.
Printing QRCode for each skill type
QRCodes can be printed from the System Config menu.
- Click on “Operations” -> “System Config“
- Click on the “Education” tab
- Click on “Skill Types [Intubations]“
- Select any skill type from the list
- Click the Print button next to “Quick Scan“
Place the print out in locations that are easily accessible to staff such as Training Rooms and Crew Quarters.
Recording a Skill
Staff can scan the QRCode from their phone which will open the iOps360 website. Staff do not have to be logged in for this and is one method to reduce the number of steps to improve compliance.
Staff will select their name, the quantity performed, and any attributes for the skill type (ie Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal)
