iOps360 uses a very simple pricing structure based on the number of features your agency uses and the number of users. We don’t have any setup fees or training fees and our staff are glad to help with getting you up and running fast. Agencies with more than 200 users should contact iOps360 for a custom quote. Our economical plan that work for many volunteer departments on a tight budget. You can chose from any 5 modules. Typical modules include the Users & Apps module, Scheduling and Vehicle Checks. Feel free to customize as needed.

Team – 6-10 Modules

For agencies needing a little more than the Essential package, check out the Team package that will give you up to 6 modules.

Professional – 11-15 Modules

Professional allows you to open up more features of iOps360 and includes up to 15 modules. This is our most common choice for paid departments.

Our most robust package is the Premium which includes all modules. Any new features are automatically included.

Modules Available

  1. Users Module (Required) – Basic tracking of employee profiles, email/app/SMS notifications, and leave hours tracking. Includes Live Chat support and training sessions.
  2. Scheduling – Comprehensive scheduling system with any patterns/tracks/shifts, Availability, Open Shift requests, Bids, and Swaps. Time cards can be generated by the schedule or from the Clock-In/Out feature. Google calendar sync for users is included along with the Supervisor’s Passdown notes
  3. Scheduling Integrations – iOps360 can send your schedule data to other platforms such as status boards, fire department reporting systems, ICS files for classes and the entire schedule and access to the iOps360 API for use with any outside vendor.
  4. iOps360 Command – Quickly access all of the different features in iOps360 in one simple portal. Brings your Scheduling, Education, Time Clock, Passdown, Vehicle Checks and more into one feature so you can monitor the day to day activities in one simple feature.
  5. Payroll Integrations – Once time cards are verified in iOps360, we can send the payroll data to your provider and sync leave accruals with iOps360 automatically. (Includes Attendance On Demand, Keystone, Munis, New World, PayChex, QuickBooks Online, etc.). Basic reports for a CPA are included and do Not need this module.
  6. Clock In/Out – Record the true time employees arrive and leave at work through one or more platforms. The app will allow geofencing of your stations and allow staff to clock in once they are in range of the location. Users can also clock in/out from the website as long as the computer is authenticated to do so. Also check out our Clock In Kiosk that allows for barcoding in/out of staff to speed up the shift change.
  7. Employee HR – Comprehensive HR package to track pay rates over time, status changes, and job title changes. Includes the ability to track employee benefits and allowances such as uniform budgets. The Employee Tracker will trend attendance events and other custom activities to document verbal warnings/offenses and terminations.
  8. Active911 / iAmResponding – Automatically get your calls into iOps360 for display on our status boards and archived for trending and analysis in the Active911 module. When new alerts are received, the map will show on the status board along with the out the door timer, responses, call details, and last response to that address. IAR integration allows for call notifications on the status boards also.
  9. Daily Activity Log – Staff can document their activities through out the day and mark any high priority items. You can choose what activities such as Station Visitors, Deliveries, Car Seat installs etc. to quickly document any importing information as well as track how employee time is spent.
  10. Dashboard Memos – Quickly post documents and or paragraphs right on the dashboard to ensure staff see and view the information. Memos needing to be opened will be visible in the app along with the website. Users can be locked out of other features until they acknowledge the memo to help ensure compliance.
  11. Status Boards / TVs – Display the latest information to staff using our status boards. You can pick which zones are shown and for how long before it will cycle to the next item. If using the Active911 integration, new call alerts will be shown along with mapping and responses. You can choose from many items to display such as the current schedule, open shifts, weather, weather radar, live traffic cams, new employee bios, road closures, supervisor’s passdown, upcoming classes, and much more.
  12. Education – Quickly track required Licenses & Advanced Certifications, Classes, and Skills performed. User Roles will be assigned a user that will indicate which items have been completed and what is needed. Users will be given a Red-Yellow-Green color to let them know once all required items have been met. You can also create continuing education for staff to review and take a quiz to ensure understanding. Once completed, users will be given a certificate and stored in the Education Documents folders along with their certs. Also includes our Resources section to store your SOPs and SOGs which are also available in the iOps360 app.
  13. Tasks – The Task Module allow you to assign tasks to designated staff when specific triggers occur. A new Employee might need to be setup in iOps, email system and uniform issued. Another example is The trash at Station 2 must go to the curb on Thursday. Using the task module, you an quickly assign recurring items to staff and ensure completion of the tasks. Notes and attachments can also be saved with the task items. Triggers include Hourly, Daily, Monthly, Yearly, Employee Status Changes, Employee Anniversaries and more.
  14. Training – Geared towards fire department training hours, users can select from our topics or you can create your own. Select the topics covered and those in attendance to record the training hours and ensure they have met the quotas. Once the maximums are reached, hours can flow to designated overflow categories to help staff meet their needs. Also includes our Resources section to store your SOPs and SOGs which are also available in the iOps360 app.
  15. Surveys – Poll staff to get their feedback by creating a survey and adding questions. Surveys can be targeted to specific types of users and option to have anonymous responses.
  16. Forms – Using our drag and drop editor, you can quickly design any forms to collect information from the staff. Covid temperature checks, uniform requests, preceptor forms are just some of the examples. Forms can be emailed when specific conditions are met and approvals ensure forms are routed to the correct users.
  17. Vehicle Checks – You can design as many vehicle checks for staff to document apparatus readiness. Using our drag and drop editor, you can quickly create any question type such as check boxes (for speed) or more detailed responses such as which monitor is in use. Inventory questions ensure expiration date compliance as well as many more cool features to help speed up the shift hand off. Users can fill out the vehicle checks on the iOps360 even if their device is offline. Any issues such as equipment being moved between apparatus or any deficient items can send email alerts, create work orders and also inventory requests.
  18. Vehicle Tracking and Mapping – See the location of your fleet on our live mapping system. Providers like NetCloud, Verizon Fleet, Sierra Wireless and more feed the locations of your units and can quickly replay trips and display vehicle data. The FleetIO integration allows mileages from the vehicle checks to be sent to FleetIO and sync any changes between the platforms.
  19. Equipment – Any asset can be tracked in iOps360 along with custom fields such as serial number, make, model, etc. Inspections allow for recurring maintenance of equipment and our service records record when something breaks along with costs to repair. Quickly see the history of any equipment including movements, cost per mile, and much more. Assets can be assigned to a Unit, Base, or User to ensure those staff are notified when something breaks or has an inspection coming due.
  20. Equipment Check In/Out – Staff can check out equipment such NVGs or a portable radio using our barcode check out section. If equipment is damaged or missing, you will know where the last equipment was and the staff involved.
  21. Inventory – Robust inventory tracking system to organize your one-time-use items such as medications and non-rebreather masks. You scan items using the iOps360 app or a traditional barcode scanner to locate the item, withdraw items, reconcile quantities and more. Track your inventory orders, par levels, costs and unlimited supplier part numbers so you always know the status of your supplies.
  22. Hydrant Tracking – You can organize and track your hydrants to ensure inspections are completed, activities documented and flow tests are accounted for. Using the Hazen-Williams formula, we will graph the GPM down to 20PSI along with notes and documents for each hydrant.
  23. Location / Landing Zone database – The location database allows you to search thousands of pre-defined locations such as fire departments, airports, landing zones, and hospitals. You can see contact phone numbers, maps, and instructions such as parking information and door codes.
  24. Work Orders – Tracks issues inside your agency such as facilities maintenance, safety concerns and more. You can dynamically create work order types and assign users to handle the reported issues. Keep staff informed by adding notes and documents to help ensure the issue gets resolved.
  25. Contracts – Track any contracts and licenses for your agency. You can attach any notes and documents with your contracts and be reminded when a Contract or license needs to be renewed. (DEA Licenses, Equipment subscriptions, Medicare etc.)
  26. Non-Emergency Transport module – Quickly schedule non-emergency transports using our timeline editor. Locations, bed assignments, point of contacts, level of care, custom forms/activities and more will ensure the crews arrive to the correct locations at the correct times. Crew reminders can be sent to facilitate the transfer and see the live status of the transports.
  27. Call Lists – Generate lists of employees for supervisors to call, recording the employee’s responses. If you have sent notifications for coverage but not getting any responses, this module will organize the users to facilitate one or more supervisors manually contacting staff as a last resort.
  28. Event Scheduling & Invoicing – Schedule and invoicing for special events such as football games, parades and other events. Staff can request to work through the app, get approved, messaging for event changes as well as generate quotes and invoices for the hours worked.

RFID System

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) can also be purchased in addition to the modules above. RFID allows staff to complete vehicle checks and inventory scans using small tags and a special reader that uniquely identifies each tag. Tags can also be placed in your inventory stock room items to read thousands of tags in seconds. Ensure compliance with required Equipment/Inventory and only order the true number of supplies needed. Minimum Service Cost

In order to provide you with the best customer service and the latest features, we have a minimum cost of $500 per year. If your Number of Users times the Service Plan is over $500, there are no additional charges. This ensures adequate resources for customer support and training.

Custom Time Card Design

We have many time card designs that are included in. If your agency needs a custom time card designed, we will quote the cost depending on the complexity of your time card requirements. We will try our best to utilize a time card to keep your costs as low as possible.
