Quick Books online does not allow payroll to be ran from their API. However, iOps360 can directly integrate with Quick Books Time (formerly T-Sheets) which does integrate with Quick Books payroll. Below are the steps to authorize iOps360 to have API access, allowing us to create time stamps for your team.
- Log into Quick Books Time (formerly T-Sheets). https://tsheets.intuit.com/
- From the left menu bar, select “Feature Add-ons” and click “Manage Add-ons”
3. In the “More” section, Locate the “API” add on, and click “Install”
4.) Select “Preferences” to open the API dialog (if not already opened)
5.) Click “Add a new application”
6.) Enter the information as below. Name and Description as “iOps360”. Select your name as the “Technical Contact”. Enter the OAuth Redirect URI as “https://sch.iops360.com/tsheets.asp“
7.) Record the “OAuth Client ID” and the “OAuth Client Secret“.
8.) Lastly, copy and paste the OAuth Client ID and Client Secret into iOps360 -> Resources -> Integrations -> Quick Book Time.
9.) A popup window will occur to Authorize iOps360 to connect with your Quick Books Time. Click “Allow” to complete the integration.
10.) Our staff with merge your users in both platforms, verify pay codes and complete the integration. We will perform several test imports the time stamps are imported in the manner you typically utilize Quick Books Time with.
